Return & Refund Policy

My goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply contact me for return authorization and return the purchase in its original packaging with the original receipt for a refund or exchange. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of order date.  *An extended return policy is in effect from November 1 through December 31 for holiday purchases.*

Please use your own shipping label when returning and it is recommended to use an insured and trackable service. If the item is incorrect or defective a prepaid shipping label will be provided and original shipping charges, if any, will be refunded.

Please securely repack the returnable, unworn item, preferably, using the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Nearly all items are eligible for return. Exceptions automatically include the following:

     - Apparel or footwear that has the label or tag removed. 

     - Any item that has been worn.

     - Any item damaged after delivery.

Refunds will be submitted within 5 days of receiving the unused item back and will be applied to the payment method used for purchasing.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to unnecessary returns. This includes but is not limited to cancelled orders, cancelled orders after they have shipped and refused shipments. The fee may be as much as 100% for damaged/worn/used and returned items.
